Using AI to create dynamic training shorts

Using our Agent Mobile App and Desktop tools to track and gather data from our agents. We where able to see trends from our top performing agents. These trends and tactics would benefit our lower performing agents.


The training department's proposal was a year of development at a minimum cost of $250k to create training videos to cover the top 5 Performance Trends. I purposed we use AI to create small training shorts, based on the ML analytics we know the strengths and weaknesses of each Agent, we can now use that knowledge to bring the best practices of our top agents to our lower performing agents on demand!

  • Use our ML tools to sniff out trends and create a map of our top performers
  • Overlay that to a map of our weaker performers
  • AI to look at the agent and create a curated descreet set of training shorts

This turned out to be a huge win. Standard training adoption rates where 61%, the training shorts hit 87%! And the lower performing Agents numbers went up 27%! The main reason, the Agents loved the fact that it was curated just for them and it was descreet.

Using AI to mentor and train Real Estate Agents

Please note this video was created using the process described. It is a simplified POC version. Due to my non-disclosure agreement, I can not use the proprietary videos created. The goals where to help lower producing agents with skills learned from the top agents. The preliminary results showed a 27% growth in sales in the first quarter of use.

It was sold to the Agents as a tool to help them build better selling habits. The adoption rates consistanly grew as the agents enjoyed the quick hit nature of the videos, and that they where descreet.

Roles

I develped the idea, lead the UX research and technical viability of the concept, put together the roadmap and plan, sold it to leadership, lead the designs, lead the development, and ran the POC in 5 of our major brokerages.

My team consisted of 2 Product Designers, 1 Researcher, and 4 Developers. I led the project and was hands on when needed.
